It is typically constructed from austenitic stainless steel or high-strength aluminum alloy, with dimensions standardized or customized based on the size of the workpiece under test. Its core function is the high-sensitivity detection of minute leaks.

Function of Leak Detection Chamber:

The core function of the leak detection tank is to provide a sealed "sniffing space" that amplifies leakage signals through helium accumulation, enabling highly sensitive detection of minute leaks.
Implementation of "Accumulation Method" Leak Detection:
This method accumulates and amplifies a tiny, instantaneous leakage signal into a strong, stable signal, thereby detecting extremely small leak rates that are difficult to identify with conventional sniffing probes.
Testing Workpieces That Cannot Be Directly Connected:
For sealed devices without pre-installed vacuum interfaces (such as chip packaging or sealed medical devices), the accumulation method is the only effective way to verify their overall sealing integrity.
Providing Quantitative Test Results:
